At OCTEVAW, everyone has a voice and a role to play. We’re excited to invite you to our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM)—a virtual gathering where we’ll reflect on the past year, welcome new Board members, share highlights of our work, and chart our path forward. Whether you’re a survivor, ally, community partner, advocate, or neighbour, your presence matters as we come together to advance our shared priorities in ending gender-based violence in Ottawa.

Who Can Attend & Vote

This meeting is open to all members in good standing as of September 24, 2025. Not sure if you're eligible? To be a member in good standing and be eligible to vote, you need to purchase a membership. See below for details. We're here to help, just reach out. If you aren’t able to attend in person, you can appoint someone in good standing to vote on your behalf by emailing info@octevaw-cocvff.ca by September 24, 2025.
